Anatoly Lepin

Anatoly Yakovlevich Lepin (Russian: Анатолий Яковлевич Лепин, Latvian: Anatols Liepiņš; December. 30 [O.S. December, 17] 1907, Moscow – October 24, 1984, Moscow ) was a Soviet composer.

He lived in Riga from 1945 to 1950,[1] and during that period composed the State Anthem of the Latvian SSR.[2]
