Arclid is a village and civil parish in the unitary authority of Cheshire East and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. It is about two miles east of Sandbach and five miles west of Congleton. The parish had a population of 199 according to the 2001 census.[1]
Listed buildings
There is one building in the parish that is listed by English Heritage. This is Arclid Hall Farmhouse, which dates from about 1700. The farmhouse is built in brick with a slate roof, it is in three storeys, and has a nearly-symmetrical five-bay front.[2] It is listed at Grade II, the lowest of the three grades of listing, which is applied to buildings that are "nationally important and of special interest".[3]
