Balc (Hungarian: Bályok) is a commune located in Bihor County, Romania. It is composed of five villages: Almaşu Mare (Kozmaalmás), Almaşu Mic (Szalárdalmás), Balc, Ghida (Berettyódéda) and Săldăbagiu de Barcău (Szoldobágy).
