The Conference of Nationalist Organizations of the Portuguese Colonies (Portuguese: Conferência das Organizações Nacionalistas das Colónias Portuguesas) was an organization for cooperation between the national liberation movements in the Portuguese colonies in Africa throughout the Portuguese Colonial War.

CONCP was founded on April 18, 1961 in Casablanca, Morocco by PAIGC of Guinea-Bissau and Cape Verde, MPLA of Angola, FRELIMO of Mozambique and MLSTP of São Tomé and Príncipe. CONCP substituted Frente Revolucionária Africana para a Independência Nacional das colonias portuguesas (Revolutionary Front for the National Independence of the Portuguese Colonies). FRAIN had been founded by Amílcar Cabral of PAIGC and MPLA in Tunis in 1960.[1]
