David Howard (born October 19, 1946) is a Republican member of the Montana Legislature. He was elected to House District 60[1] which represents the Stillwater County and part of the Sweet Grass County area.
In February 2013 David Howard drew sharp criticism from the pro-medical marijuana community for stating that marijuana "is the most dangerous drug there is".[2]
