'Delbarestivale', 'Delbard Estivale', 'Delcorf Estivale', 'Monidel', 'Dalili', 'Ambassy'[1] or simple 'Estivale' are all referring to one cultivar of domesticated apple, which was developed by the Delbard nursery in France.

This cultivar is a very good early or mid season apple, a descendant of 'Golden Delicious' and 'Stark Jonagrimes', and ancestor to 'Delrouval', 'Delprim' and 'Zari'. It is very much recommended for fresh eating, sweet and sharp. It was awareded the Award of Garden Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society in 1998.[2]

This apple tastes similar to Cox's Orange Pippin but it is more light fleshed, extremely crisp, and has a sharp sweetness. The fruit bruise easily.[1]
