The Roman Catholic Diocese of Itabuna (Latin: Dioecesis Itabunensis) is a diocese located in the city of Itabuna in the Ecclesiastical province of São Salvador da Bahia in Brazil.

- 7 November 1978: Established as Diocese of Itabuna from the Diocese of Ilhéus
