Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found.Bont Goch (also known as Bontgoch or Elerch[1]) is a village in the community of Ceulanamaesmawr, Ceredigion, Wales, which is 75.1 miles (120.8 km) from Cardiff and 175 miles (281.6 km) from London. The word in Welsh means "the red bridge".

The parish church of St Peter was designed in 1865 by the renowned Victorian architect William Butterfield and is a Grade II* listed building.[2]

Bont-goch is represented in the National Assembly for Wales by Elin Jones (Plaid Cymru) and the Member of Parliament is Mark Williams (Liberal Democrats).[3][4]
