Eristalinus sepulchralis is a European species of hoverfly. The species are brownish-white from a close up, and look like a wasp.[1] From a distance though, they are yellowish-black coloured, and look like a bumble bee.[2] The species can be found throughout Europe in the Baltic states, Central, Southern and Western Europe, in countries of former Yugoslavia, and in the European part of the former USSR. They can also be found in countries like Denmark,[3] Finland, Great Britain,[4] Hungary, Ireland, Norway, and the Netherlands.[5]
