Falcon Aviation Services (FAS) is a VVIP charter airline based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It operates business jet and helicopter charter services, MRO services, aircraft management, consulting, Oil and Gas support, as well as, search and rescue (SAR) operations for the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces.[1] Its main base is Al Bateen Executive Airport.[2]

The company has over 280 staff and is under the guidance of the Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.[2][3]

On 6 March 2012 Abu Dhabi - Abu Dhabi Airports Company (ADAC) concluded a long term land lease agreement with Falcon Aviation Services (FAS) at Al Bateen Executive Airport. The lease covers an area to the west of the airport where FAS has just commissioned a new 10,000 square meter hangar to support its corporate helicopter and private jet charter and maintenance services.[4]
