Farm to Market Road 1128 (FM 1128) is a farm to market road located in Brazoria County, Texas.[1]

Route description

FM 1128 is a short urban road running between Manvel and Pearland. The southern terminus is at SH 6 in Manvel. The route travels north along Masters Road; it crosses Bailey Road at the city limits of Pearland, in which it is known as Manvel Road. The FM 1128 designation ends at FM 518.[2][1]

Once a rural road, the population boom of Greater Houston has increased traffic along this two-lane thoroughfare, which passes just east of the Silverlake Subdivision of Pearland.

History

FM 1128 was originally designated on a route in Navarro County from SH 31 east of Powell to a mile south; this route was cancelled in 1950. The current route of FM 1128 was designated in 1951.[1]
