Propagandaleiter der NSDAP, Reichspropagandaminister (seit 1933) und "Reichsbevollmächtigter für den totalen Kriegseinsatz" (seit 1944). Unterstützt vom Finanzkapital, baute Goebbels das Propagandaministerium zum Lenkungsorgan der faschistischen Meinungsmanipulation aus. (Aufn.: 1942/Sandau)
