Rice, is on 2004 KTM EX/C 525 dirt-bike outfitted with paddle tire. <a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="http://www.blm.gov/ca/st/en/fo/barstow/dumont.html">Dumont Dunes Off-Highway Vehicle Area</a> is an open and legal riding area 30 miles north of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baker,_California" class="extiw" title="w:Baker, California">Baker</a> on <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California_State_Route_127" class="extiw" title="en:California State Route 127">Highway 127</a> and features the highest dunes in California. It is also one of the few sand dune areas that exhibit an audible phenomenon known as <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/singing_sand" class="extiw" title="en:singing sand">Singing Sand</a> Dunes.
