The U.S. President Franklin D. The King is speaking to the interpreter, Colonel William A. Eddy, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Marine_Corps" class="extiw" title="en:United States Marine Corps">USMC</a>. Fleet Admiral <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_D._Leahy" class="extiw" title="en:William D. Leahy">William D.
