| Purpose of use |
Image is used as the primary visual identification of the group that features as its subject in an article whose primary topic is the group so featured. As a historical image use of this image for the stated purpose thus constitutes fair use. It depicts visually, and for want of freely available images, the factuallity of the capabillity of the INA as a fighting force. Also, the image does not come from a commercial source and, given the archival character of the work, age and the historical context, it is not a cause of loss of revenue. It is suspected that the Image may have expired copyright status due to age. |
