Summary

The Vietnamese keyboard layout included in <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Windows" class="extiw" title="en:Microsoft Windows">Microsoft Windows</a>. Note that the tone mark keys (the 5-9 keys on U.S. QWERTY) are not <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/dead_key" class="extiw" title="en:dead key">dead keys</a> when using built-in Vietnamese input method in Microsoft Windows. To type a letter with a tone mark, you should type the tone mark key after inputting the base letter.
