The picture was taken from the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_Norwalk" class="extiw" title="en:South Norwalk">South Norwalk</a> side of the river (on the west bank), looking north at the bridge. The edge of the IMAX theater at the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maritime_Aquarium" class="extiw" title="en:Maritime Aquarium">Maritime Aquarium</a> of Norwalk can be seen on the left.

It appears that the "transferred by bot" notification was triggered by an admin-authorized bot used to automate time-consuming and repetitive tasks; thus there is no objection to putting the image in Commons.
