The bridge is located on County Road H less than half a mile north of the Kansas-Nebraska border. The picture was taken facing northwest (upstream). The <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Truss_bridge" class="extiw" title="w:Truss bridge">camelback pony truss bridge</a> was built in 1913 by the Monarch Engineering Co. and the Jones & Laughlin Steel Co. It is still in use, though Road P is a minimum-maintenance road. The bridge is listed in the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Register_of_Historic_Places" class="extiw" title="w:National Register of Historic Places">National Register of Historic Places</a>.
