Summary

<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quartz" class="extiw" title="en:Quartz">Quartz</a>

Locality: Urals Region, Russia (<a rel="nofollow" class="external text" href="http://www.mindat.org/loc-2789.html">Locality at mindat.org</a>)
This is the second of two specimens of citrine of a wonderful yellow-amber color that I bought from a Russian dealer in February (but this was out to be cleaned til now). I have rarely seen this material. It is RAZOR-SHARP, gemmy and with a perfect termination. Natural citrine of this size and calibre is virtually unknown, and from this location both old and rare. 8.0 x 3.5 x 3.4 cm
