Summary

S111 <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flip_Chip_(trademark)" class="extiw" title="w:Flip Chip (trademark)">Flip Chip (trademark)</a> module from a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PDP-8" class="extiw" title="w:PDP-8">PDP-8</a> computer, solder side. This module is a triple 2-input <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/nand_gate" class="extiw" title="w:nand gate">nand gate</a> made with discrete component diode-transistor logic (there is one <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/hybrid_integrated_circuit" class="extiw" title="w:hybrid integrated circuit">hybrid integrated circuit</a> on the board, but the board is etched and drilled for the 5 discrete components that could replace that module.) The text etched on the board says "DIODE GATE R111 / 6 67" (implying a board design from 1967).
