current10:54, 3 January 2017Thumbnail for version as of 10:54, 3 January 201712,116 × 6,155 (29.22 MB)127.0.0.1 (talk)<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._James%27s_Park" class="extiw" title="en:St. James's Park">St. James's Park</a> Lake looking east from the Blue Bridge.<p>On the lake to the north is the base of the Swire Fountain (not active); in the centre is Duck Island; to the south is the Tiffany Fountain on Pelican Rock.</p> <p>Past the lake to the north are the grounds known as <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horse_Guards_Parade" class="extiw" title="en:Horse Guards Parade">Horse Guards Parade</a>, with the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horse_Guards_(building)" class="extiw" title="en:Horse Guards (building)">Horse Guards building</a>, the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_War_Office" class="extiw" title="en:Old War Office">Old War Office</a> building and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whitehall_Court" class="extiw" title="en:Whitehall Court">Whitehall Court</a> progressively behind.</p> <p>Past the lake to the south is the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreign_and_Commonwealth_Office" class="extiw" title="en:Foreign and Commonwealth Office">Foreign and Commonwealth Office</a>, with the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/London_Eye" class="extiw" title="en:London Eye">London Eye</a>, the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shell_Centre" class="extiw" title="en:Shell Centre">Shell Tower</a> and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Shard" class="extiw" title="en:The Shard">The Shard</a> progressively behind.</p> <p>The image was taken with a 50-150mm lens at 80mm; f8; 1/250 s; ISO 100 and is composed of 23 landscape shots in four rows stitched together using Hugin and blended with Smartblend and Photoshop.</p>
