Description from Flickr: The school system in Maine's largest city, Portland, has worked with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection to gradually add Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) school buses to its fleet. Portland's public schools now have nine CNG buses in their fleet and plan to add a tenth this year. The public school system acquired its first CNG bus in 2006.
