David Zicarelli, assigned to the guided-missile frigate USS Ford (FFG 54), debriefs Bangladesh Navy Special Warfare and Diving Salvage (SWADS) sailors after a visit, board, search and seizure exercise during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Bangladesh 2011. CARAT is a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness. Bangladesh is participating in this exercise for the first time.
