Foster is an Unincorporated community in Fort Bend County, Texas, United States. The community is located along Farm to Market Road 359, beginning approximately 1.0 mile (1.6 km) northwest of its intersection with Farm to Market Road 723. The community was founded by Randolph Foster, the son of John Foster. John was one of the Old Three Hundred who were granted land in Stephen F. Austin's Texas colony. There are historical markers in the area.
