Frenship Independent School District

Frenship Independent School District is a public school district based in Wolfforth, Texas (USA).

In addition to Wolfforth, the district serves western portions of Lubbock and southwestern Lubbock County. A small part of Hockley County also lies within the district. 9,130 students are enrolled at Frenship ISD.

In 2009, the school district was rated "academically acceptable" by the Texas Education Agency.[1]

Schools

Frenship ISD has a total of twelve schools. Three schools are located in Wolfforth, eight in the city of Lubbock, and one in Lubbock County. Frenship ISD was nominated "best school nationwide" in May, 2010
