George Allen Abrams (November 9, 1899 – December 5, 1986) was a Major League Baseball pitcher who played for one season. He pitched in three games for the Cincinnati Reds during the 1923 Cincinnati Reds season.
A single in his only at-bat left Abrams with a rare MLB career batting average of 1.000.
