Goran (pronounced [ɡǒran]; Cyrillic: Горан) is a South Slavic male first name, mostly used in republics of Former Yugoslavia, such as Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
