Hot yoga refers to yoga exercises performed under hot and humid conditions. What to Expect

The classes are done in hot temperatures ranging around 95-100 F. The class duration may wary as per the yoga studio you join and may last for 60-90 minutes. Expect to sweat a lot. Breathable materials and appropriate fitting clothes must be worn to the class. Water bottle, towel and hair tie accessories will help you deal with the large amount of sweating you'll go through. There will a focus on both your movement and breathing. It is generally recommended to reach class early to get acclimatize and leave after proper rest through the savasana pose.
