Ihor Melnyk (Ukrainian: Ігор Васильович Мельник; born 21 August 1986 in Ukrainian SSR) is a professional Ukrainian football striker who currently plays for Ukrainian Second League club FC Nyva Ternopil.

Melnyk is the product of the Lviv Oblast Sportive School System. He spent large part of his career as a player in different clubs of the Ukrainian First League and the Ukrainian Premier League.
