Illya Leanidavich Aleksiyevich (Belarusian: Ілля Леанідавіч Алексіевіч; Russian: Илья Леонидович Алексиевич; born 10 February 1991) is a Belarusian professional football player who last played for Panetolikos.

Aleksiyevich made his debut for the senior national team of his country on 14 November 2012, in the 2:1 away win over Israel in a friendly match.
