Jesza Poszony (born Imre Pozsonyi, also known as Emérico Pozsonyi) is a former Hungarian football manager who coached FC Barcelona during the 1924–25 season. In his only season running the first team he managed to win both competitions Barça participated in: the Spanish Cup and the Campeonat de Catalunya.

Pozsonyi started his career playing for Újpest. He also played for the Hungarian national team

Despite his startling success, he decided to return to his beloved native Hungary. He was the coach of Újpest FC between 1926 and 1928.
