Joanne 'Jo' Carter (born 17 April 1980 in Sydney) is an Australian figure skater. She is the 2007 Australian national champion. She skates at Canternbury, Norwest and Macquarie. She began skating at 4 years of age and went on to represent Australia in the 1998 Winter Olympics and the 2006 Winter Olympics. She placed 25th in Torino.

Carter missed the 1999–2000 season due to a knee injury.[1]
