Prince Joseph Asiegbo (born October 4, 1979 in Lagos) is the son of King Eze Young Ogbonna of Abia State, Obeyin of Nigeria.

Early life

In Nigeria he is known as Prince Joe, and he received his formal education in Nigeria until his mother became aware of an assassination plot against him.

Asiegbo's mother contacted a relative who owned a professional soccer team, and he was sent to Europe. He played professional soccer in England and Germany for eight years.[citation needed]

He returned to Nigeria to finish college and received a University degree.

United States Army

In 2005, Asiegbo decided to enlist in the United States Army. In August 2005, he was assigned to D Company, 1st Battalion, 329th Infantry Regiment.
