This list of countries by death rate from unintentional poisoning is published by the World Health Organization and ranks OECD countries by death rate from unintentional poisoning per 100,000 population, with pesticides, kerosene, household chemicals and carbon monoxide being common fatal sources of unintentional poisoning.[1]
