M. Balaghat Ullah

M Balaghat Ullah was Director of National Planning and Development Academy of Bangladesh between 1984 and 1989. He was also the founding Secretary General (1981-1984) of Bangladesh Co-operative Rural Development Board (Bangladesh Polli Unnayan Somobai Somity). He has a BSc in Agriculture from Bangladesh Agricultural University and MSc in Agriculture from University of Florida, USA. He was author and contributor of numerous books, article and journals published internationally.[1][2]
M Balaghat Ullah died on 8 November 2007 at Dhaka, Bangladesh.
