Mastomys is a genus of rodent in the family Muridae. It contains these species:
- Awash multimammate mouse or Awash mastomys (M. awashensis)
- Southern multimammate mouse (M. coucha)

- Hubert's multimammate mouse (M. huberti)
- Verheyen's multimammate mouse (M. kollmannspergeri)
