Menachem Genack (born July 29, 1947) is an Orthodox rabbi and the CEO of the Orthodox Union Kosher Division, a supervisory organization of kosher food. As such he oversees the kosher certification of 6000 facilities in 83 countries.[1] He is known as one of the foremost talmidim of Rabbi Joseph B. Soloveitchik under whom he studied for over a decade. He was also very close to Rabbi Moshe Shmuel Shapiro and Rabbi Shmuel Berenbaum. In 2008 The Jewish Daily Forward listed him as one of the "Forward 50," the fifty most influential Jews in the United States.[2] He is a scholar of note as well.

Genack lives in Englewood, New Jersey, where he is rabbi of Congregation Shomrei Emunah since 1985.[1][3]

Genack was founding Chairman of NORPAC, a pro-Israel political action committee and serves on the executive committee of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.[3]
