Monterosi is a comune in the Italian region Lazio, located about 30 km (18,64 mi) north of GRA (Rome), about 40 km (24,85 mi) south of Viterbo, at an elevation of 276 m (905.5 ft).

As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,780 and an area of 10.7 km² (6.65 mi²).[1]

Monterosi borders the following municipalities: Nepi, Sutri, Trevignano Romano. The mayor is Francesco Paris.
