N. Q. Dias

Neil Quintus "N.Q." Dias, CCS was a Sri Lankan civil servant. He was the former Permanent Secretary of Defence and Foreign Affairs and the Registrar General.[1][2] Dias served as the Ceylon's High Commissioner to India from 1970 to 1972.[3] He was the founding President of the Government Services Buddhist Association.[4]
