The North American Summer Esperanto Institute (Esperanto: Nord-Amerika Somera Kursaro, NASK) is an Esperanto immersion course, offering instruction for Esperanto-speakers of various levels each year. The course was founded in 1970 by Cathy Schulze, in San Francisco, California, in 1970. The Institute continued to take place yearly at San Francisco State University until after Schulze's death.

Ellen Eddy succeeded Schulze as director of the Institute, and eventually moved the course to the School for International Training in Brattleboro, Vermont. The Institute was held at that location for five years, until 2007 when it moved to the University of California at San Diego.

In 2014, the event occurred in Victoria, British Columbia; in 2015, in Raleigh, North Carolina.[1]
