Pavlodar (Kazakh: Павлодар ауданы) is a district of Pavlodar Region in northern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the city of Pavlodar.[2] Population: 28,638 (2013 estimate);[1] 28,855 (2009 Census results);[3] 32,302 (1999 Census results).[3]
