Products

ESSO

ESSO is designed for track vacancy detection on sections of any complexity and configuration at station areas and track lines.

ESSO enables to ensure train operation safety and considerably increase traffic capacity on block sections with minimal expenses.

ESSO does not need expensive track circuit equipment (impedance bonds with secondary winding, jumpers, insulated joints and so on).The use of ESSO significantly reduces power consumption, maintenance and other operating costs. The system operates at any, up to zero ballast resistance, as well on track sections with metallic sleepers and on all-metal bridges.

The components of the system are resistant to any operating conditions. The working temperature range of the trackside equipment is from – 60 °C up to + 85 °C. ESSO does not require any special communication line. The system operates in conditions of unsteady power supply. ESSO has compact space-saving design and can be easy installed at any type of track. The system is adaptable to different signaling systems.

MPTs-I

Computer-based interlocking system for points and signals MPTs-I is designed for centralized control of trackside equipment, i.e. points, signals, level crossings, etc. at the railway stations to ensure traffic working with high degree of safety using the modern microprocessor technology. The computer-based interlocking system is a functional analog of the relay-type electrical interlocking systems. MPTs-I is intended for construction of new and updating existing electrical interlocking systems.

SIR-ESSO

SIR-ESSO implements algorithm of automatic block system with the instructions for signaling equipment control and actions of the station operator reserved. SIR-ESSO is designed to be used as the basic equipment of intermittent train operation control system on low – density sections and for redundancy of automatic block systems of conventional types on high - density sections.

MAPS

MAPS - Computer-based Level Crossing Protection System is designed for ensuring a high level of safety and reliability of the level crossings operation.

MAPS monitors state of level-crossings and ensures transmission of signal and control of level crossing protection system devices in such a way that by the time when the train approaches the level crossing the motor transport leaves it for sure.

MAPS is used for construction of new and updating existing level crossings of all types, the announcement areas of which do not include station tracks or point sections.

MAPS is developed to increase safety of train operation and motor transport at level crossings, reduce maintenance costs and decrease investments for new construction and replacement of outdated signaling arrangements.

MAPS is a system of an increased safety since all its components are duplicated. The reliability of the system is ensured by the use of the modern element base with built-in firmware of self-diagnostics. At that, all information about the inner state of all MAPS components is uninterruptedly submitted to external information systems.

MAPS can operate at sections of any type and number of tracks. The system can be used at any type of the block system, also on railway sections not equipped with systems of the interval control of train movement.

The systems ensures transmission of the announcement and control of level-crossing devices when train approaches MAPS operating area on any of the monitored tracks irrespective of their type and block system operation.

Signal is released and the level crossing is opened only if trail end of train leaves the level crossing and all tracks of the adjacent sections are vacant.

MAPS ensures round-the-clock operation.

MAPS operates in accordance with the requirements of technical aesthetics and ergonomics.

MPB

Computer-based Semi-Automatic Block System MPB is design to substitute outdated relay semi-automatic block systems on low-intensity traffic sections. MPB is used for equipment of new sections as well as for rehabilitation and upgrading of existing semiautomatic block systems.

In contrast to its relay analogues MPB is capable to transmit block signals not only through physical connection lines but also through data transmission systems such as voice-frequency channel multiplexers, fiber-optical lines and radio channels. MPB has space-saving design and little maintenance requirements.

ALSR

ALSR is specially designed for continuous transmission to the cab of data on occupied ahead sections with due consideration of position of switches and light-signal aspects over the radio channel, which is used as a physical link in the system.

The system enables to determine train position accurate to 1 meter at speed of 400 km/h. Along the railroad precinct there is continuous digital radio channel that provides reliable and secure transmission of ALS coded data, remote diagnostic and cab signaling monitoring, which improves safety and technological effectiveness of transportation service.
