Ratbek hadji Nysanbayev

Ratbek hadji Nysanbayev (Kazakh: Рәтбек қажы Нысанбайұлы) was the first Supreme Mufti of Kazakhstan, controversially appointed by President Nursultan Nazarbayev. He served as mufti from February 1990 to 2000.[1]
