Southern Rhodesia competed (as Rhodesia) in the Summer Olympic Games for the first time at the 1928 Summer Olympics in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The British colony was represented by two boxers, and neither was able to win a medal. Rhodesia would not compete at the Olympic Games again until the 1960 Games.
