Roy Wilson McNeal[1] was an American football coach. He was the head coach for the Southern Oregon Raiders located in Ashland, Oregon for five seasons, from 1927 until 1931. His coaching record at Southern Oregon was 13–9–5. As of the conclusion of the 2009 season, this ranks him #7 at Southern Oregon in total wins and #4 at the school in winning percentage (.574).[2] McNeal later served as professor of geography at Southern Oregon University.[3][4]
