Curriculum

Academic struggles

Several years ago,[needs update] Rubidoux High School went through the program improvement process. It is now out of SAIT and has continually improved its academic programs and student achievement on California state assessments. Riverside Community College and Rubidoux High School have established a partnership to create RECHS ( Rubidoux Early College High School ). This school-within-a-school small learning environment has been highly successful with a virtual API score approximately 100 points higher than other high schools in the district. Teachers at Rubidoux are highly qualified and are being trained in project-based and problem-based targeted teaching and learning.
