Saigon Centre is a complex building in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, invested by Keppel Land Watco I. The building is located at Le Loi road in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Phase 1 of the complex was completed in 1996 with a 25-story building, which set a new record for the highest building in Vietnam at 106 metres (348 ft). The building has a total floor area of over 32,500 square metres (350,000 sq ft).[1] One third of them (10,400 square metres (112,000 sq ft)) is used for offices.

Phase 2 has been scheduled to be constructed. When completed, the complex will include three buildings. The previous, along with two new buildings, includes a 66-storey tower and an 88-storey tower. The complex will be used as offices, shopping centers, observation towers and hotels. As of May 2011, the pool, tennis courts and various other accommodations of the building have been demolished.
