Shāre Naw

Shāre Naw (Persian: شهر نو‎‎), also pronounced Share Naw, also spelled as Shahr-E-Naw or Shar-E-Now, is a neighbourhood in north-west Kabul, Afghanistan. Shāre Naw is, along with neighbouring Wazir Akbar Khān, the most expensive areas of Kabul.

Economy

Ariana Afghan Airlines's corporate headquarters are in Shāre Naw.[1] Kam Air has a ticketing office in the Kabul Business Centre in Shāre Naw.[2][3] At one time the facility housed the airline's head office.[3] Safi Airways has its head office in Shāre Naw.[4]

Most of the big supermarkets of Kabul are located in this area, along with foreign offices, hotels and banks.[citation needed]
