Shawn Womack (born August 13, 1972) is a Republican former member of the Arkansas State Senate. He represented District 1, which included Baxter County from 2003 to 2009. He is a former Senate Minority Leader. From 1999 to 2003, he was a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives.

He subsequently ran to become the current Circuit Judge for Arkansas's 14th Judicial District.

He is a licensed attorney in Arkansas and owns the Womack Law Firm in Mountain Home. In the legislature he was chairman of the Joint Budget Committee, Chairman of the Desegregation Litigation Oversight Committee, Chairman of the Desegregation Lawsuit Resolution Task Force, Vice-Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Former Chairman of the Legislative Task Force on District Courts, Former Chairman of the Litigation Reports Oversight Committee. He is also on the Member Council of State Government's Legal Task Force, which is responsible for reviewing briefs before submission to the United States Supreme Court.

He has been recognized by the Arkansas District Judges Council, Arkansas State University, the Arkansas Prosecuting Attorneys Association, AARP, the Arkansas Volunteer Lawyers for the Elderly, the Arkansas Municipal Police Association, the Arkansas Environmental Federation, the American Heart Association, and the Arkansas Judicial Council.

Womack graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville and prior to that from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting and the Mountain Home High School.
