Social Democrats of Montenegro (Socijaldemokrate Crne Gore), also known as SD CG is a centre-left politic party in Montenegro. Party was founded in July 2015 [1] after the split between Social Democratic Party (SDP). Party vice-presidents Vujica Lazović and Ivan Brajović and the party leader Ranko Krivokapić.[2][3] The fraction which advocated unconditional support for the ruling DPS split and formed the new party, remaining in government despite never contesting parliamentary elections. Ivan Brajović, Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs in Government of Montenegro, was chosen as the first president of new party. It currently has two representatives in the Parliament of Montenegro - both elected in 2012 from the SDP electoral list.
